Kyle Bohannon, our CEO, leads the company with an emphasis on patient care and community. He has significant experience developing high-quality healthcare organizations, delivering sustainable growth, and creating company cultures that reflect the highest ethical standards.

Kyle has led several multi-site healthcare businesses throughout his career. His experience helps our partners implement simplified management solutions and expand their businesses. Most recently, Kyle served as CEO of American Vision Partners, where he combined two very different physician-led cultures to create a unified team, which became the highest quality vision platform in the nation. He previously served as CEO of FastMed Urgent Care, which expanded from nine to 110+ clinics in just six years and treated more than one million patients annually.

Kyle spent multiple years in the private equity industry with HarbourVest Partners in both the United States and Europe. He began his career in the Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley, where he focused on both mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.

An active leader in his community, Kyle has served as a Special Olympics coach a member of the Board of Directors of Great Hearts Academy, and as Chairman of the Board of Amanda Hope Rainbow Angels, a non-profit organization dedicated to fighting childhood cancer.

Kyle earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Amherst College, where he was a four-year member of the men’s varsity lacrosse team.
