Initial Contact

We begin by familiarizing ourselves with each other and introducing Enhance Therapies, discussing our mission and values while learning about your goals and beliefs. We then delve into the benefits of partnering with Enhance Therapies, highlighting how it can help achieve your objectives. This session is designed to address any questions about joining our brand family and includes an overview of the process. If we agree on collaboration, we'll move forward to the next steps.

Evaluation

Once we've agreed to kickstart the journey of joining our brand family, we'll move forward by signing a non-disclosure agreement and requesting some initial details. This helps us get started on evaluating and determining a value. Once we have that figured out, we'll put together a Letter of Intent for you which will lay out our offer and other important terms. If we're both on board, we'll sign it together and move forward with exclusive terms to seal the deal.

Due Diligence

Once we've both agreed and signed the Letter of Intent, we'll bring in some outside experts to take a deeper dive into evaluating your business. Don't worry, we'll be right there with you every step of the way, working closely alongside your team to make sure all the business details are in order. While all that's happening, we'll also be busy drafting up the purchase agreement, employment contracts, and any other necessary paperwork. It's a team effort, and we're here to make sure everything goes smoothly for you.

Agreements & Closings

Once we've wrapped up the due diligence phase, we'll get down to business and start finalizing the purchase agreement and any other necessary paperwork. We'll work closely together to make sure everything is set for our anticipated closing date and smooth onboarding process. Once all the paperwork is signed, it's time to seal the deal! The agreed-upon funds will be transferred, marking the official start of our exciting journey as long-term partners sharing a common mission. We can't wait to embark on this adventure together!
