An Update on the UKG Implementation

We announce with great pleasure and gratitude that together, we have completed our transition to UKG Pro and Ready. We had an exciting opportunity to build a best-in-class HR, payroll, time, and on-boarding system that best supports our growth, while also providing team members with the tools needed to perform their jobs. With the build-out of our HR systems, we continue to construct a positive team member-centric experience, ensuring we remain the best place to work in the therapy industry.

WORK-LIFE BALANCE
Are there any plans to change how much time off we receive?

We are always looking at ways to harmonize our policies, procedures, and systems across our many business units.  As we head into the future, we are considering developing our own Enhance Therapies approach to time off.  We will consider what will work best for our employees, whether that is different approaches that provide more flexibility, or just keeping the policies as-is.  Once a decision is made, we will communicate with you any changes made to existing time off arrangements.

As part of the migration to UKG Pro™, is there anything I have to do with my existing Paid Time Off (PTO) balances?
We are considering whether the PTO you currently have should transfer to our new system, UKG Ready™, or remain with the current time system.  Regardless of where we house PTO accrual balances, they will continue to be there for you. You do not have to take any action to ensure this happens.  However, if you feel there is a need to keep a copy for your own reference, please download your record by December 31st.

PAYROLL
Will anything change with regards to my pay at Enhance Therapies?
Employees will continue to be paid based on their normal pay frequency, bi-weekly or semi-monthly.  As of January 1, 2023, we will be processing payroll through UKG Pro™.

Is there any action I need to take to ensure proper payment to my bank account?
No, there is nothing for you to do at this time.  During the UKG Implementation, we will transfer your banking details to allow for deposits to your designated accounts.  Shortly thereafter, we will contact you regarding a bank penny test asking you to confirm the penny payment into your account.

HR SYSTEMS
Which HR Systems should we use?
Until we go live with UKG, employees will continue to use their current HR system.  Here’s a summary of the HR systems changes that will take effect on January 6, 2023:

How will we learn those systems?
We will be providing training on the new HR systems and processes as we get closer to launch.  You will have a variety of ways to learn made available to you ranging from virtual trainings and recordings to using tools like job aids.  The most important thing you can do is to take advantage of the opportunity to learn the new system.  These tools have been selected for Enhance Therapies; if you invest time learning the new tools, you will find your life at work is simpler.

What happens to the old data?
In general, HR data that is critical to everyday HR matters will be imported over to the new systems.  Information like your hire date, position, and other employment data will be reflected in the respective system, however, historical information will populate later.

Will the systems allow manager and administrator views?
There will be higher-level access to business-critical information by management and administrators contingent upon responsibilities.  The systems will provide them with the necessary information to perform their job and sustain uninterrupted service and support to both our employees, as well as our customers.
