Bringing together all Enhance Therapy brands under one health insurance plan for more options, expanded coverage networks, and competitive rates.
Expanding the 401k retirement savings plan to all employees across all brands, adding a Roth option to the plan, and eliminating the waiting period to participate.
Approving the discretionary employer match to the 401k plan for the 2023 plan year at 4% of your deferrals to the plan in 2023. We expect the match to be reflected in your 401k account by the end of the second quarter of 2024.
