To set up your password reset options, log into Net Health and click Activities and the top of the screen.
- Then click Update Password Reset Options.
- This allows you to input a personal email address, your phone number, and security questions.
- If you set this up in advance, when you do forget your password, you can click the “Forgot Password” option when logging in, it will ask you your security questions that you preset and you can reset your own password.
- If you are unable to do so, reach out to the HR team at hr@enhancetherapies.com and they are able to do a manual reset of your password.
Due to HIPAA rules and regulations we have adopted a policy that does not allow access to Medical Records and Net Health from home. Patient records are to be accessed and completed during work hours and while in the facility.
We provide education in a Webinar CPT PT/OT on our education platform in UKG. Reach out to your supervisor for further guidance on how to attend course.
Talk directly to your supervisor for alternative option until caseload bounce back. Often, we have hours available at sites near by if that is the best option available.

Your User ID and Password are as follows:
User ID: Enter your primary email into the prompt. Your primary email is typically your business email however, some employees may be using a personal email address as their primary method of contact. |
Password: Your temporary password is your date of birth, formatted as MMDDYYYY (I.E. 04081995). There are no dashes or slashes. Next, create and enter your personalized, confidential password twice. Please pay attention to the password requirements. After clicking on “Sign in,” you should be directed to be the UKG Pro page. |
After creating your own password, we recommend you download the UKG Pro and UKG Ready apps, available on Apple and Android products. This will make checking your paystubs (Pro), requesting paid time off or sick time off (Ready), and accessing HR Help (Pro) more convenient.

Scope of Practice
Our scope of practice as clinicians is governed by our state practice act. This act tells us what to do and how. If you have a question or concern about what you are allowed to do or not do, please contact the compliance department at 866-866-0623 to review the practice act to ensure you are in compliance with all regulations.
Routinely, the management or compliance department will be conducting proactive audits. These help us learn where our documentation may not be supporting our care and billing and offers us the opportunity for education to improve our documentation which minimizes government audits and denials of payment by federal or private payers.
First, stay calm and ensure yours and the patient’s safety. Of course, nursing is alerted before moving the patient and to assess the patient’s medical or change in status. Once the incident occurrence is over, then you will provide an incident report to your supervisor.
Tell your supervisor and he/she/they will direct the request to the compliance department. If the request will be granted, then an attorney representing our company will call you.
