Your pay rates will remain the same. Enhance Therapies pays on a semi-monthly schedule vs. your current bi-weekly schedule. Your last paycheck with Flagship / Care Ventures will be issued on December 26, 2025 that will cover the pay period of 11/30/25 – 12/15/25. Your first pay check from Enhance Therapies will be issued on January 8, 2026 that will cover the pay period of 12/16/2025 – 12/31/2025.
Yes, your seniority will be honored for you to accrue PTO, and you will continue reporting to the same people you do now.
You will continue accruing PTO under Flagship / Care Ventures through 12/15/2025. Starting 12/16/25, you will accrue PTO under Enhance Therapies. Your PTO balance as of 12/15/25 will transfer over to Enhance Therapies for you to use.
Your paid time off (PTO) will be based on Enhance Therapies’ accrual schedule beginning on December 16, 2025. The number of days you accrue annually will depend on your role and years of service. You can view the full breakdown in the Enhance Therapies PTO Schedule.
You may carry over up to 80 hours of unused PTO into the following year. Any hours beyond that limit will not roll over.

Enhance Therapies provides PTO (Paid Time Off) that includes vacation, personal, sick, and holiday days.
Your current benefits will remain the same through the end of the year. A benefits enrollment team member will contact you in December to assist you with enrolling in benefits that will start on January 1, 2026. Enhance Therapies offers a comprehensive benefits package, and you can find more details on our benefits page.

Yes, Enhance Therapies offers a 401(k) with a discretionary 4% company match based on your contributions. You will be eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan as of January 1, 2026. If you currently are participating in Flagship’s 401k plan, you will have the option of rolling over your money to the Enhance plan.
