Enhance Referral Program Guidelines

Referral must be submitted through the form on the Referral Page prior to the candidate being interviewed.
Candidate must state that you referred them when speaking with the recruiter.
Referrals must be hired within 120 days of submission to be eligible for the bonus.
Referral must be employed for a minimum of 90 days to receive bonus.
Clinical Instructors are eligible for a referral bonus for converting a student into a full-time or part-time hire.
Non employees of Enhance Therapies must complete an IRS W9 Form in order to receive
payment for an eligible referral.
Referrals of PCA’s/Caregivers is not eligible for this bonus.
PRN hire defined as no commitment of hours – not eligible for bonus.
Part time hire defined hired to work a minimum of 20 hours a week.
Full time hire defined as hired to work a minimum of 30 hours a week.
Directors of Rehab are eligible for a referral bonus for referrals hired within
their facility.
The same candidate cannot be submitted within one year from the original submittal date.
Clinical Instructor student referrals are eligible for a bonus.
Bonus will not be paid if guidelines are not met, and no referral inquiries will be reviewed after new hire start date.
